Jobs – Quick status filters – New Feature
Within the jobs page, when selecting the status filter there are now three default status filters which can be selected. By default the jobs list will have the ‘Open’ status filter applied which is designed to load the jobs list faster, as less jobs will be displayed. The default filters are:
All – removes any filter and shows all jobs.
Open – filters out all jobs that are in the final status therefore showing only open jobs.
Closed – filters for all jobs that are in the final status only.
Option to download document types alongside PPM import template – New Feature
There is now the ability to download a list of the valid document types from the system (if these are being used). This is available within Tasks > Generate Planner > Planner Imports tab > Imports tab. You can then click ‘Download document types’ and it will download the list as a csv file. This will assist when preparing and importing PPM planners.
Ability to import actions – Client Request
If you have the relevant permission given to your user login to Elogbooks, you will have the ability to import actions by selecting Actions > Action Imports tab > Import.
You can then download the action import template, complete using the legend as a guide and import the completed .csv back file into the system, with the option of doing a test run first to ensure there are no errors before importing into the live system.
Spillages – to be sorted from newest to oldest – System Behaviour Change
If you use the spillages feature, you would have noticed that it displayed the oldest created spillage first. This has now been changed so that the most recent spillage is shown first.
PRISM users – enable filter ‘external system’ on actions list view – System Improvement
For systems with the PRISM integration, on the actions list view the filter ‘external system’ is now enabled.
