Assets – Show ‘Default Asset Score Types’ columns on the Asset list view – Client Request
When default Asset Score Types are set within Admin – Settings, new columns will appear on the Asset list view within Nav and Set for each of the score types selected.
The header for these columns will be displayed as the score type name and the data displayed in the columns will include the scoring colour, option number and option name.
Jobs – Update Job complete step and add remedials – New button and modal for Raise a Job – Client Request
As part of the remedial changes, on the Job complete step we have added a new button on the remedials bar that allows user to create a remedial Job.
Clicking the button will open up a Job modal with a condensed Job form and upon clicking create the Job is raised and added to the remedials section on the complete step.
Users can raise multiple Jobs from this new button.
Admin – Create admin for viewing request logs, with filters etc for type – Client Request
We have added a new section within Admin controlled by a new permission ‘view request logs’, which when added to a user will show a list of request logs.
These will mostly include logs for sharing and will display the data going back and forth between environments.
It could also include logs from 3rd party integrations like Meridian and Riskwise and so will allow non dev/testing users to see if requests are failing or not.
Jobs – Ability to filter Service Provider specific priorities on the jobs list – Client Request
We have expanded the current priority filter to include an additional option for filtering by name, users can only select either a system priority or filtering by name and cannot use both.
When typing into the name field the system priorities will be disabled, clicking update will apply the filter and will return all Jobs where the priority name contains the same text.
This will apply to all levels of priorities including the standard system ones.
Files – Make Files Great – Client Request
We have also released all our changes to date as part of the ‘Make Files Great’ epic, a summary of some of the changes can be found below:
• We have introduced document types and document list allow us to categorise certain file types and apply different grouping of types to sites in bulk on either site group or sector.
• We have adjusted the file add form to include the document type select and this now calculates dates based of the selected type. (if applicable)
• We have split out the files list view and added a few new tabs (more to come in the future), for now when clicking on files in either the nav section or sites, it will default to the ‘Site’ files tab. This includes all files uploaded to the site and allows additional files to be uploaded. Additional in both the above places there is an additional tab for ‘All files’ and this is the same list users were previously taken to which contains all files.
The third tab added can be found on Nav – Sites and is called ‘Document Compliance’ this tab will contain the document type groupings if associated with the site. You can manually add types if required.
• We have also added the ability to bulk download files, controlled by a new site permission. When on Nav – Sites on either the sites or all files tab, there is a new ‘export filtered button. Clicking this displays a modal detailing how many files and the total size for the export.
The export process will group files into 1GB zip files and once finished a notification will provide access to the list of zip files.
