Release 118
Create or update location importer to allow updating (link in with location export) Client Request.
We recently added a location export which contains a single line on the export per location including all the information that can be set when adding a new location. This task allows users to change any of the following information and then re-import (new import type ‘Location Updater’) as it is on the export, and this will update the location information:
- Reference, description, billingType, barcode, status, addressLine1, addressLine2, addressLine3, town, region, postcode, country
The import will match the site ID along with the location ID and will only import if there is a current match, otherwise an error will appear, and this line will be ignored.
Add date to show when P2P value was added – Client Request
Following on from a previous task where we added a new event on the Job audit trail to log when a P2P value was added by the service provider, we have now expanded the Job export to include a new column that will display the date the value was added. This new column can be found alongside the current P2P value column.
Expand Offline Patrols to allow downloading up to 20 Patrols – Client Request
When offline mode is enabled, users are currently able to download up to 3 patrols to complete offline, we have now expanded this to include up to 20 patrols. The bar visible at the bottom of the screen will now display ‘download all filtered’ when up to 20 patrols displayed, alternatively users can manually select up to 20 patrols to download for use offline.
Patrol Statistics: Export Patrol Points – Client Request
Users with the manage exports permission, will see a new export type on the patrol’s statistic views called ‘Export Points’. This button will appear on each expanded section on the top and clicking this button will export all the patrol points for the filtered list of patrols. It will use the same export template used on the patrols list view, which was recently added.
