Global Site Filter – Improve Global Site Quick Action Search – Client Request
We have expanded the ‘Site Quick Actions’ filter found on the top bar on of the page to allow additional searching.
Currently it only looks at Site name, but as part of this task it will also now match based on the Sites address, postcode and any location address within the site.
When you start typing, it will now display below the site name what it has matched against, so for example if the site name matches it will display, ‘Matches: Site Name.
Sub Assets – Advanced Filter for Sub Asset on Jobs – Client Request
We have expanded the current asset filter found in Job – Advanced Filters to include an additional filter for Sub Asset.
This new field will only appear once an Asset with Sub Assets has been selected. This new filter will then be applied to the resulting list of Jobs.
Patrols – Patrol List View: Export Patrol Points – Client Request
We have added a new export to the patrols list. When on the Patrols – Patrols list view, a new button will be visible called ‘Export Points’, this will queue an export in the background and a new notification will appear once the export has been generated.
The export will group up all the patrol points for each patrol (based on ID) shown in the list and will display the following fields: Patrol ID, Summary, Description, Site, Service Provider, Operative, Planned Start Date, Planned End Date, Started At, Completed At, Status, Point Summary, Point Completed At, Missed, Point Missed Reason and Point Other.
Jobs – Ability to save job filters – Client Request
As a user that can see the Jobs list, two new action buttons have been added to the filters bar to allow users to save and use their own Job filters.
A star icon along with a plus symbol will allow users to name and save their current selected filters, this will include any filters added on the list view filters and those selected in advanced filters.
You can also delete filters by clicking on the bin icon.
