Release 114
Site Notes – Ability to reimport site notes
We previously created a Site Note export, which is available in Admin – Sites when users have the manage export permission. In this task we created an import for Site Notes, users will require the manage imports permission to use this new import.
You can use the export and make changes to the text in the site note body field and then reimport using this new import and it will apply the changes, making sure to retain the siteID column so that it can match up with the correct site. Alternatively, you can also use this import template to apply a Site Note to a site, there is a limit of 10 Site Note types that can be imported but if you have more than 10 you can run the import multiple times.
The headers on this import have been made generic, similar to the Site Associate import whereby you apply the name of the Site Note into the first column (siteNoteType1Name) and the body (the text to be visible on the system) into the second column (siteNoteType1Body). When applying text in the body field, only and tags will be respected when reimporting.
Actions – Expand Actions to have Asset field – Risk Register Actions
Actions have been expanded to include a new ‘Asset’ field, which is optional upon on creation. This field is visible based on the user’s permission and so will be hidden if users do not have access to view assets.
When creating a Job from an Action that has an associated Asset, this will be prefilled on the Job create form and can be removed if not required. Additionally, Actions currently have a statutory type select and so we have also prefilled this on the Job create form.
Operative Permission – New Operative Permission Add / Edit / View Actions (web) – Risk Register Actions
Currently only Site users can create actions from the list view and so we have expanded the current create action permissions to include permissions for operatives (operative_create_actions).
Users with this permission will see a new ‘Add’ button on Action list view within Nav and Sites, which will allow them to create Actions.
The Action type drop down on the add form will only populate types which have the ‘allow service provider access’, added in a previous task. Operative users with this new permission will be able to see all Actions created for sites that they can see when the allow access setting has been applied.
