Patrols – Ability to create Ad Hoc Patrols on the App – Client Request
You can now raise one off instances of patrols on the app. Previously you only had the option of scheduling patrols which meant if you needed to carry out a patrol immediately you were unable to do so.
Raising the patrol will instantly create the patrol and you can carry it out online or offline straight away.
Look out for an update to the app coming very soon.
Jobs – Add “Raise quote” button to the remedials section of complete job – Client Request
As part of the remedial changes, on the Job complete step we have added a new button on the remedials bar that allows user to create a remedial Quote.
Clicking the button will open up a Quote modal with a condensed Quote form and upon clicking create the Quote is raised and added to the remedials section on the complete step.
Users can raise multiple Quotes from this new button.
PPM – Expand planner with task edit modal– PPM improvement project
On Generate planner, a button has been added. This opens a pop up window which allows you to edit that individual task instead of having to go to the manage task section.
You can also edit frequencies from this pop up by changing to the frequencies tab.
This is a precursor to further upcoming PPM enhancements, watch this space.
