Elogbooks gives total visibility of supplier performance. The system uses an easy-to-read traffic light system which identifies weak aspects of delivery at a granular level.
With Elogbooks, you can compare supplier performance against hard data targets and softer service-driven KPIs, then benchmark the results against competitors to help inform the allocation of works.
All of this data is available to service providers too. This means suppliers have an opportunity to identify and rectify aspects of delivery that require improvement.

They will monitor the integrity of the data entered into the system; and proactively chase service providers for regular updates, to ensure the job status on your Elogbooks dashboard is always up-to-date.
