Helpdesk_sm2The Elogbooks Helpdesk is a valuable addition to the services provided by Elogbooks Facilities Management Ltd.

Staffed 24/7 by experienced personnel, we operate a support line for Facilities Managers and site tenants to log building issues and to help with queries. We progress all calls, from initial reporting, right through to completion by the appropriate service provider.

As well as 24/7 job logging, the Helpdesk also monitors the communication and delivery of both planned and reactive tasks during the lifecycle, and obtains real-time updates on outstanding works from all parties involved, ensuring that a communication audit trail is kept up-to-date with the most relevant and recent information.

We monitor every job on the Elogbooks system, acting as a failsafe so that nothing slips through the cracks.
